About us
The Breathing Space Project is operated from Spain by Emma, and provides children's wellbeing programmes, online adventures, stories and resources to families, schools and community partners internationally, including in the UK.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse, read and share our pages. Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse our forms, or collect information about other people through it.
Our content
All text, illustrations, characters — including Fenn, Willow, Connie, Momo, Breezy and Nori — photographs, downloads and programme materials belong to The Breathing Space Project unless stated otherwise.
Free downloads such as passports, certificates and activity sheets may be printed and used freely at home or in your classroom. They may not be resold, rebranded, or shared commercially without our written permission.
Registering interest and bookings
- Registering interest places no obligation on you and does not reserve a place. Places are confirmed only when we have written to you with dates and details and payment (where applicable) has been received.
- Prices, dates and group ages are confirmed at the time of booking. We'll always tell you clearly what is included.
- A parent or carer must make the booking for a child, and must be contactable during any online session.
Payment, cancellations and refunds
- Payment details for each programme are given at the point of booking.
- If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose an alternative date or a full refund for the sessions affected.
- If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as you can and we'll do our best to help. Cancellation windows are confirmed in your booking email.
- Where consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase, that right always applies in addition to anything written here.
During online sessions
We ask that children join from a safe, quiet space with a parent or carer nearby, and that everyone is kind and respectful. Sessions must not be recorded, photographed or shared by participants. We may end a session or booking, without refund for sessions already delivered, if behaviour puts another child's wellbeing at risk.
How we keep children safe is described on our Safeguarding page.
What our programmes are — and are not
Our work supports everyday wellbeing through connection, movement, breath and noticing. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological treatment. Please read our Disclaimer in full.
Liability
We take great care with everything we make, but we can't promise the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in relation to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and nothing here removes the consumer protection rights available to you in your own country of residence, including the UK.
