Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital products bought from The Breathing Space Project, including the Parent Companion Toolkit.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no complicated forms and no awkward questions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who handles all of our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and follow the refund steps, or
- Email us at hello@thebreathingspaceproject.com with your order email and we'll help.
Approved refunds are returned to the payment method you used. When a refund is made, access to the digital product in your member library is removed, as the files have already been delivered.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits the cancellation and refund rights you have under consumer law in your country of residence. Those rights always apply in addition to this policy.
