Educational wellbeing, not therapy

Our programmes, stories, downloads and resources are educational and preventative wellbeing support. They are not therapy, counselling, psychological assessment, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified health or mental health professional.

If your child needs more support

If you are worried about your child's mental or physical health, please speak to your doctor, your child's school, or a qualified professional. Never delay seeking advice because of something you have read or taken part in here.

In an emergency, or if a child is at immediate risk, contact your local emergency services straight away.

Movement and physical activity

Some sessions include gentle movement and stretching. Every activity is an invitation and children may adapt or opt out at any time. Please make sure your child has a safe, clear space, and check with a health professional first if your child has a condition or injury that may be affected by physical activity. Participation is at your own discretion.

Results vary

Every child is different. We share what we see in our sessions honestly, but we cannot promise particular outcomes for any individual child.
