Fenn & Willow

Every adventure begins with a story…

Fenn and Willow are searching for something mysterious called The Quiet Place.

Along the way they discover maps, clues, strange places and four very special friends.

But the greatest adventure isn't only happening around them. It's happening inside.

Children are invited to explore:

  • What is my body telling me?
  • What am I feeling?
  • What are my thoughts doing?
  • What might I need?
  • What happens when I move?
  • What changes when I breathe?
  • What can I notice?

Eventually, Explorers begin to discover something important:

The Quiet Place isn't somewhere they have to find outside themselves. It has been there all along.

Connect · Move · Breathe · Notice

Four gentle steps. Four trusted friends. A simple journey children can walk through whenever they need a little space.

For Parents

What makes The Breathing Space different?

This isn't about telling children to “calm down.”

Children can experience busy bodies, excitement, frustration, worries, sensory overwhelm, fast thoughts and big feelings. Those experiences aren't wrong.

The Breathing Space helps children become curious about what is happening inside them and discover what might support them. Over time they begin building greater self-awareness and a toolkit they can return to in everyday life.
