Adventure One: The First Clues
This summer, children can join The Breathing Space Explorers Club for a 6-week online adventure with Fenn and Willow.
Through story, movement, breath, creativity and noticing, children will begin exploring body clues, busy thoughts, big feelings, courage, listening and the Quiet Place within.
This is not about teaching children to simply “calm down.” It is about helping children become curious explorers of themselves.

Gentle adventures using connection, movement and breath to help children discover the Quiet Place within.
The Breathing Space Explorers Club
Ages 8–9
Follow Fenn and Willow through stories, movement and mindful adventures that build confidence and self-awareness.
Each week opens a new part of the story — and a new part of the child.
Children become body clue detectives and begin noticing what their body is telling them.
Children explore thoughts as visitors and learn that not every thought is true.
Children discover that feelings move and change, like waves or water.
Children explore what courage feels like in the body and how small brave steps can help.
Children practise quiet listening, connection and noticing inner wisdom.
Children begin to discover that the Quiet Place was never far away — it has been within them all along.
Feeling safe, included and connected to themselves and others.
Using movement to explore energy, feelings and body clues.
Using breath to create space, not to force feelings away.
Learning to become curious about what is happening inside.
